Mr. Lewis is involved in all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract negotiations through the closing. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Lewis was a staff attorney for the Internal Revenue Service where he gained substantial experience in tax procedure including tax lien subordinations and real property.
Mr. Lewis has also worked on numerous bankruptcy and title related matters. Mr. Lewis received his B.B.A. from Bernard M. Baruch College and his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and the Hofstra University Law Review. Mr. Lewis is admitted to the Connecticut Bar, the New York Bar, the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court, Southern District, and the U.S. Tax Court.
