Practices real estate and commercial law, mortgage banking and land use planning. Prior to joining Bearden, Eltringham, Lewis & Thomas, L.L.C, Ms. Peck was President and counsel of Bankers’ Title Company where she was involved in all aspects of title and settlement issues. Ms. Peck also practiced law with a nationally acclaimed firm specializing in land use and growth management law, where she worked on numerous title-related matters, including, but not limited to the development of regional impact approvals, variance approvals and re-zoning issues. Ms. Peck received her B.A. from Colgate University and her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University, where she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and a research editor for the Hofstra University Law Review. Ms. Peck is admitted to the Florida Bar.
