Devotes his practice to representing accident victims against those who harm or injure the firm’s clients and their insurance companies. This diverse range of serious personal injury cases, includes automobile and motorcycle accidents, slip and fall, products liability (defective products), premises liability, wrongful death, negligent security, dog bite and animal injury, scuba diving and boating accidents, sexual assault (both adult & minor victims), employment discrimination, construction accidents, workplace accidents, medical malpractice, defamation and slander, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.
Mr. Lewis is involved in all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract negotiations through the closing. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Lewis was a staff attorney for the Internal Revenue Service where he gained substantial experience in tax procedure including tax lien subordinations and real property.
Mr. Lewis has also worked on numerous bankruptcy and title related matters. Mr. Lewis received his B.B.A. from Bernard M. Baruch College and his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and the Hofstra University Law Review. Mr. Lewis is admitted to the Connecticut Bar, the New York Bar, the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court, Southern District.
